My name is Tom, and I am a fully qualified, level 3 personal trainer. I have had a keen interest in sport from an early age, and played on pretty much every sporting team at school. I played rugby, squash, tennis, and badminton at club level too.
At the age of 17, I was 6ft 2 and weighed about 75kg (making me very thin and tall) , I wanted to make a change, and soon found the gym! I embarked on a mission to gain as much weight as possible, and made some mistakes, and some good decisions, but in the end I reached my goal, and am now 92kg! Having made this journey myself, I know how it feels to be self concious about entering a public gym environment, and having minimal gym experience and knowledge.
I offer a completely personal experience in my gym, and write each client their own individual training program, track all progress, and give a detailed nutrition plan.
